Senior Account Executive

In 2011, we invented Hashtag Printing and today our products have been featured at over 1,500 events in 200 cities across the world, including iconic cultural experiences like the Grammy Awards, Olympics, Super Bowl, and Comic-Con International. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who demonstrate an ability to build rapport with clients, listen for their business challenges, and deliver meaningful solutions. You appreciate the needs of events professionals and are a natural at connecting with them, helping discover value and previously unseen benefits. Throughout your career, you have demonstrated skills negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives. We are looking for someone who has experienced success in building long-term relationships and is confident in crafting custom deals.

This is a high profile role, where you will be managing relationships with multiple senior stakeholders on accounts that require strong business acumen, financial analysis, and communication skills. Some travel to meet in-person with prospects will be expected. Creative problem solving is a must.

You'll be part of a hard-working sales team and will be expected to work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for our clients. In this role, you will develop relationships with partners of great strategic size and significance (some potentially Inbound but primarily through your own prospecting) and will be responsible for securing business.

You care about managing expectations both internally and externally and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self starter with a “let’s get it done” attitude who knows how to make the most of his or her time.


  • 7+ years of relevant experience selling with a history of crafting strategic deals

  • Incredibly personable and hyper organized

  • Strong negotiating skills

  • Experience using Salesforce to track leads and manage time efficiently

  • Curious about customer problems, offering solutions in a consultative manner

  • Deep understanding of social media and how brands utilize it to drive growth

  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for ways to improve our product, sales process and overall business

  • Experience with events and selling to large agencies or brands is a plus
