Luster is a truly unique company - a profitable, growing start-up that has never taken any outside investment and has no plans to exit. This allows us to optimize for the long-term success of the company. We will not burn ourselves out chasing a billion dollar exit. We will not waste time raising that next round of financing. We want to build a company that provides tons of value to our clients while providing a fulfilling, challenging and fun place to work, today and for decades to come.

Luster HQ is a laid back environment, full of hard workers that trust and rely on each other to deliver the best work possible. Everyone, regardless of role or experience is asked to think about how we can be a better company.

We pride ourselves on our transparency into how the business is run and how decisions are made. Everyone in the office should understand how they directly add value to the company, while also understanding, and learning from, the work of their colleagues.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an annual bonus as well as something that sets us apart from most other companies: our Share Appreciation program. This program ensures that as employees contribute to increasing the value of the company in the long-term, they are able to participate in that appreciation, in the form of a cash earn-out. There’s a lot of advantages to this program over conventional Stock Options, but we’ll save that for when you interview with us. Here’s a summary of our benefits and compensation:

  • Competitive salary

  • Annual bonus

  • Share Appreciation program

  • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
