We are looking for a business and growth-focused creative leader. The Creative Director at Luster is responsible for leading the development and execution of all creative aspects of the company, including digital, product, advertising and production. This position requires exceptional creative and brand building experience which is filtered through strong business strategy skills. The role will collaborate with all departments at the company and report to the CEO.
Create an exceptional user experience of our brand at all client and end-user touch points.
Participate in the ideation and development of our future product roadmap.
Create an exceptional user experience of our current and future products for all internal staff, clients, and end-users.
Produce innovative, bold, global marketing campaigns.
Manage the creative and production teams through project development, performance management, and career development,
Own the ROI analysis for all creative initiatives and use it to inform future business strategy.
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, ops, and partnerships to help achieve their business objectives.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum 5 years of innovative digital design with an inspiring track record of developing leading brands.
Minimum 5 years experience in a creative leadership position, with some experience working full-time on the brand-side of a well-known brand.
Great passion for customer experience with prior success communicating a transformational story to the market.
Robust product design experience.
Successful track record of a hiring strategy and review process that optimized for the contributions from, and growth of all direct reports.
Superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Strong organization skills and project management capabilities to allow for managing multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts while collaborating across teams.
Prior experience at a similar stage, entrepreneurial company with a deep understanding of the growth trajectory and scaling required.
Exquisite problem-solving skills and an insatiable desire to find ways to improve.
