Headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, our offices now wrap the globe in ten different countries.

With an ever-growing client list, we’re growing our Client Experience Team adding new team members to keep up with our company growth.

THE OPERATIONS TEAM

Here at Luster our clients are at the core of everything we do.  We strive to provide an incredible client experience at every event, and the operations team is responsible for taking care of all the details that go into making that happen. The operations team is made up of the Client Experience Team, our Event Operators, and Hardware Specialists. We pride ourselves on being incredibly organized, amazing problems solvers, passionate about what we do, and always up for a good laugh.

 

THE JOB

The Client Support Specialist position plays a crucial role on our Client Management Team. This behind the scenes group handles the tech (hardware & software) support for all of our products during hundred of events happening across the globe.

You will:

  • Prepare for each event by ensuring hardware is up to spec and all supplies are packed

  • Setup all events, logos, and hashtag subscriptions in our software system

  • Process event photos and digital deliverables

  • Work with Client Experience Specialists to ensure client activations are flawless

  • Support our team of event operators with hardware and software troubleshooting, Identifying, and fixing issues

  • Manage and allocate resources to successfully meet client’s goals

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 0+ years of work experience

  • Strong technical skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • A problem solver. You have an ability to quickly prioritize tasks, troubleshoot, and stay cool under pressure

  • Confident in communication skills across various channels including phone, text, and email

  • A talented multitasker. You are happiest juggling many projects

  • Organized! You pride yourself in your ability to keep things tidy and in order

  • A “can-do” kind of person. No task should feel too small or too challenging

  • An entrepreneur at heart. Feel a sense of ownership, and always be looking for ways to improve our product and operational processes
